What is STEM

STEM stands for Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics. STEM is not just a subject it's more than that, it's a way of learning that centers around individual students learning styles and interests this mean STEM education has something to offer every student. Unlike traditional education experiences STEM moves beyond simple test performance and focuses on developing higher level thinking skills by connecting learning to the real world. STEM focuses on collaboration communication research problem solving, critical thinking and creativity skills. 

STEMはScience Technology Engineering and Mathematicsの 略です。 STEMは単なる科目ではなく、個々の生徒の学習ス タイルや興味を中心とした学習方法です。つまり、STEM教育 はすべての生徒に何かを提供するものです。 従来の教育経 験とは異なり、STEMは単純なテストパフォーマンスを超えて、 学習を実世界に結び付けることにより、より高いレベルの思 考スキルの開発に焦点を当てています。 STEMは、コラボ レーションコミュニケーション研究の問題解決、批判的思考、 および創造性のスキルに焦点を当てています。

About the classes

For the last 2 years, we have been experimenting with STEM classes for special times of the year like spring and summer school events. After experiencing firsthand how beneficial these classes are we have decided to offer STEM-style classes every Saturday from 12:50 to 14:50 and 15:00 to 17:00. 

​過去2年間、私たちは春や夏の学校のイベントなど、1年の特別な時期にSTEMクラスを実験してきました。 これらのクラスがどれほど有益であるかを直接体験した後、毎週土曜日の13:00から15:00および15:00から17:00までSTEMスタイルのクラスを提供することにしました。
